Our Design Process
Our initial intake form allows us to get to know you and your design needs.
Completing our contact form allows us to schedule an introductory call to get acquainted. We’ll discuss your project and plan for your consultation.
Get to Know You
During this consultaiton, we're going to review your space and any project plans, while documenting key details. We’ll discuss your style preferences, functional needs, budget objectives, and any timelines. We’ll also review some examples of completed projects and we’ll inspire you with design concepts for your home!
After meeting, we’ll have determined the scope of your project and will submit our proposal, along with the remittal for our design fee. Typically, our fees are fixed until we reach the Project Management Phase. They will then revert to hourly bundles. If we need to consult with our Trades on site, we’ll establish a day of meetings with a separate fee to be included.
Upon receiving approval and payment towards our Letter of Agreement, we’ll begin producing your custom design concept. We’ll put together floor plans, digital design boards, and source swatches and memos.
We’ll present your Master Plan, from Step 4, and materials selections for your approval, along with budget projections. The Design Phase will prepare us to move your project towards the Project Management Phase. We’ll make any revisions needed. Typically this is the time where orders are approved and payments are received.
During this phase we’ll begin to implement purchasing management checklists for accuracy and quality control. We’ll provide your project with stunning finishes through: vetted vendor resources, our hands-on dedication to service, and our focus on project management. We’re your interior design advocate.
During this completion phase we’re coordinating and executing the installation of every room. We take pride in delivering your home, exquisitely designed to the last detail. Our team receives and carefully inspects all furnishings and materials, prior to arranging for delivery. From furnishings, to rugs, to window treatments and accessories - be prepared for a photo-worthy finish!
Final Inspection & Client Binder
We’ll plan for a walk-through to address any deficiencies or additions to be made to your project. These will be addressed with a punch list for follow-up. Final invoices will be due.
Once everything has been approved as completed, we’ll present you with a client care binder and our deepest thanks for including us in your project!
